Gary Markarian assists clients with tax controversy issues, business formation, and estate planning.

Mr. Markarian previously worked at one of the top tax controversy firms on the west coast, worked as a law clerk with a focus on estate planning, had an internship with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (LB&I Division) and had an externship with the U.S. Attorney's Office, Tax Division (CDCA). 

Gary earned his Juris Doctor (with a concentration in Corporate Law) and his LL.M. in Taxation (with High Distinction) from Loyola Law School,  Los Angeles in 2019, after graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science.

His Bar Admissions include the State of California, the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals (9th District), and the U.S. Tax Court.
